Congratulations to all our 2021 entrants. This year we asked for photography which presents layers and delves deeper than the surface of the photograph. We are so impressed by the incredibly diverse and innovative photography we received. Once again you, our community, have blown us away with the way you see the world.

For those who don’t see their names shortlisted below, please don’t feel disheartened. We feel so honoured to have viewed your images and heard your voice, and we look forward to seeing your work continue to develop into the future. 

During this week, our committee is considering the top 75 shortlisted entries from each of the seven categories. The top 20 images from across each of our main categories will be featured in print in the APA 2021 Annual, made in collaboration with our friends at Momento Pro.
